With 11 highly trained clinical staff members of registered nurses and certified medical assistants, Precision Infusion Centers have over 40 years collective clinical experience and expertise in intravenous infusion therapy. Our clinical staff has diverse backgrounds of nursing specialties, bachelor-level education, and a team-oriented approach to provide compassionate and knowledgeable nursing care to every patient.
To provide the highest quality of patient care, Precision Infusion Centers has a dedicated Infusion Receptionist Administrator, Jennifer, who coordinates all infusion scheduling and calls, including directing calls to nurses for emergencies and urgent clinical questions. All calls are answered within one business hour to ensure expedited customer service.

Caitlin Keenan, RN, BSN
Director of Infusion Services, Precision Infusion Centers, Rheumatology Specialty Center
Cait has over 12 years of registered nursing experience in hospital, operating room, and outpatient infusion settings. She joined Rheumatology Specialty Center in 2018 as an infusion nurse and progressed to Infusion Nursing lead, Infusion Department Manager, and now Director of Infusion Services at Precision Infusion Center. Cait’s previous work experience includes roles at Hahnemann University Hospital and Mercer Bucks Orthopedics Surgical Center and her experience encompasses both direct patient care and supervisory positions. She is dedicated to continuing education in the field of Rheumatology and Intravenous Therapy and to enhancing the skills and knowledge of the Infusion Department’s clinical staff. Cait strives to provide excellent care and support to patients at RDA.
Kelsie Farrell-Wiese, RN, BSN
Infusion Manager
Nursing Lead of the Langhorne Infusion Suite
Kelsie attended Community College of Philadelphia and graduated from Gwynedd Mercy University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing in 2021. Her work history includes Abington Memorial Hospital for 5 years as a certified nursing assistant and as registered nurse in the Medical ICU. She started at RDA in 2022.
Sue McLoughlin, RN
Nursing Lead of the Willow Grove Infusion Suite
Sue graduated from Frankford Hospital School of Nursing in 1983 with diploma in Nursing and an Associate’s Degree from Penn State University. She started at RDA in 2004 and has a 21 year career at Frankford Hospital in Medical/Surgical units, Telemetry, and ICU.
Danielle Panzano-Baughn, RN, BSN
Nursing Lead of the Doylestown Infusion Suite
Danielle graduated from Bucks County Community College nursing program as a registered nurse in 2000. Studied and graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Ohio University. Her work history includes a 24 year career as an RN in specialties including oncology and hematology at Regional Hematology and Oncology Associates and other county healthcare systems. Experience in outpatient and inpatient infusion departments. Danielle started at RDA in 2017.
Jessica Smith, RN, BSN
Nursing Lead of the Jenkintown Infusion Suite
Jessica graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from East Stroudsburg University in 2022. She has over three years of experience in both hospital and outpatient settings, beginning her career in the Emergency Department at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Muhlenberg. Jess joined RDA in 2023.
Raquel Machado, RN, BSN
Nursing Lead of the Blue Bell Infusion Suite
Raquel Machado is the Lead Infusion Nurse at Precision Infusion’s Blue Bell location. She has worked at Rheumatology Specialty Center as an Infusion Nurse since 2018, specializing in infusion therapy and the care of patients with complex conditions. She previously worked as a Trauma Certified and Board-Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse at Jefferson University Hospital in Center City Philadelphia, PA. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University and is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.
